Failed Generation and Face Distortion

When credits return

If a paid job fails or times out on our side (busy model / hard provider failure), consumed credits are returned — tap Create again without double-paying for that failed attempt.

A successful but ugly render (warped face, artifacts) is not an automatic refund — AI quality varies. Retry with a stronger photo or another resolution.

Common face issues

• Weak light, hard profile, covered face.
• Heavy filters or tiny/low-res faces.
• Expecting a film still match — out of product scope.

What to retry

1. Wait for status — Busy/failed → wait for credit return, then Create.
2. Change the photo — More frontal, even light.
3. Try another resolution — 480p costs fewer credits; 720p from the $8.88 pack.
4. Length vs wait — Clip ~15s; generation wait can be longer.

Honest limits

No free render, no freeform prompt, no film footage or Prada logos.
